            <description>On Monday evening, the New Gloucester Board of Selectmen met to discuss a variety of ordinances and items set to appear on the Town Meeting Warrant. The selectmen have proposed a cable television ordinance that outlines the programming allowed on New Gloucester Channel 3. The selectmen’s ordinance would allow government and educational programming, as long as the programming was produced and overseen by the town. </description>
